I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were well-maintained. The location was excellent, just a short walk to the beautiful square with an abundance of restaurants. It was also very convenient to have restaurants in the nearby village. The hotel's proximity to Besse centre made it easy to explore the charming town. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable.

Not one thing.

I had three kids for ski trip so i thought 110 euros a night for two adjoining rooms pretty reasonable. Easy access to Superbesse, plenty of great restos in town.

It advertises a fitness centre but there isn't much equipment and I was told by younger member of hotel staff it didn't open till 5 p.m. The manager ended up allowing me to use it one morning but i wasn't impressed with this. Also, the Jacuzzi is very small, you'd never want to get in with people you didn't know, and my kids said the water wasn't very warm.

The hotel Decor looked a little tired

Spent Xmas at a small French hotel in the charming Auvergne region. Breakfast had a great variety of fresh produce and home-made bread. Wonderful French cuisine for dinner that was regionally based. Great base for skiing with nearby lifts. Friendly and helpful owners who made us feel welcomed.

The hotel's decor is tired and the room though clean was quite small. the bathroom was basic, and the towels were a bit worn out.

Great breakfast options, central location

We enjoyed the variety of breakfast options and the convenience of being within walking distance of the town's center. The hotel's proximity to local attractions was a bonus.

The outdated decor and uncomfortable beds detracted from our stay. The rooms could use a refurbishment and new mattresses to ensure a more restful sleep.

Nothing, it was perfect.

This hotel offers excellent value for money, with special offer prices lower than expected. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with nice bathrooms and good views. The staff, especially Florian, went out of their way to be friendly and accommodating. The breakfasts were some of the best we had in France, enjoyed in the solitude of the dining room. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near the ski slopes and relatively close to the ski lifts.

Everything was just ok, but some areas could use updating.
